Fintech and banking technology sales recruiting
Selling software into a bank is its own sport: credit committees, vendor management, procurement, and buyers who know commercial lending cold. A general SaaS rep who wants to learn financial services on the job won’t make it. We find sellers who already live in the banking world.

- Long, complex cycles run from first call to signature
- Vendor management and procurement navigated firsthand
The tells
Red flags we catch
- General SaaS seller with no bank buyers
- Can’t describe how a bank evaluates new technology
